Associate, Accounting Services (Accounts Payable)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Accounting Services (Accounts Payable). This position is based in Indonesia allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service and Delivery team and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities: Assist in managing all phases of the accounts payable process. Support monitoring of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls. Perform financial record-keeping (input journal transactions). Handle accounts payable processing (purchase invoice verification, outstanding AP monitoring, reconciliation, and payment). Contribute to improving systems and procedures by suggesting effective solutions.

Key requirements Disciplined, committed, and eager to learn. Positive attitude, well-mannered, and resilient under pressure. Demonstrates maturity and focus; not easily distracted by external factors. Proactive and willing to explore new systems and processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and good time management.

Relevant Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. Internship or exposure to accounting processes is an advantage.

Education and Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
