Corporate Sales Executive – Medical Check Up (B2B)
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for employee and pre-employment Medical Check Up services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Procurement, GA, and HSE departments.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations tailored to client needs.
Lead negotiations on pricing, scope, and contract terms.
Coordinate with medical and operations teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Monitor project implementation and ensure high client satisfaction.
Manage renewal discussions and upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and reporting.
Requirements
Education
Science / Public Health / Medical Laboratory / Nursing / Healthcare-related field
Marketing / Business Management / Communication
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales (healthcare, hospital, laboratory, insurance, or corporate services preferred).
Experience handling corporate accounts.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Familiar with tender and quotation process is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and presentation ability.
Service-oriented mindset with high responsiveness.
Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline.
Ability to work under sales target pressure.
Good coordination skills with internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Medical Check Up or Occupational Health services.
Existing corporate HR network.
Understanding of occupational health compliance.
