Responsibilities

Diagnose problems and perform repairs to ice machines, applying troubleshooting methods, replacing parts, and testing to ensure proper operation.

Conduct maintenance service on ice machines, following a checklist of parts and operations (compressor, condensers, electrical connections, cabling, control panel, 3‑phase motor).

Skills and Knowledge

Knowledge of cooling towers, heat exchangers related to ice machines or refrigeration systems (advantage).

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

Basic knowledge of safety standards.

Functional verbal English communication.

Requirements

Willingness to travel outstation for a few weeks to service machinery.

Possession of a valid car licence (advantage).

Professional certificate, SPM, or diploma holder (advantage).

Ability to work at customer sites for extended periods.

Mobile throughout Indonesia.

Job Qualifications

Minimum education: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Vocational High School.

Understanding of strong current electricity.

Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
