Qualifications
Max 30-35 years old
Previous, relevant experience as a sous chef or a high performing chef de Partie in a first-class properties
Experience HACCP standard
Excellent leadership skills
A creative approach to the production of high quality food
A business focused approach to managing multiple outlets and banquets
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships, internal and external department
Excellent planning and organizational skills
