About the role We are seeking a Customer Services professional to join our team at PT Tigris Inovatif Solusi in Tabanan, Bali. This is a full‑time position where you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you’ll be doing

Responding to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Handling customer complaints and finding effective resolutions

Providing information about our products and services

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we’re looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities

Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Flexibility to work in a night shift (2pm‑10pm)

Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia
