Senior Sales Manager for a notable IT Hardware Principal
On behalf of our esteemed Client, Monroe is looking for a Senior Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue growth by developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with strategic partners and key accounts.
Consistently meet or surpass sales targets through strong planning, effective execution, and proactive relationship management.
Work closely with partners to establish and negotiate budgets, commercial agreements, and joint business plans.
Plan and implement effective sales campaigns and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with partner organizations.
Coordinate inventory planning and shipment processes to ensure efficient and seamless sales operations.
Track market trends and performance metrics, using data insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Oversee multiple sales projects and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring strong execution and delivery of results.
Requirements
Minimum
10 years of experience
in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within
software, SaaS, or technology-based companies .
Exposure to
Customer Experience solutions, automation platforms, or enterprise software
is a plus but not mandatory.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex partner or channel relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
Strong strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
