Job Requirements Great communicator with confidence in handling guest interactions and coordinating with internal teams. Pleasant and polished personality with a warm, guest-centric approach. Excellent English proficiency, spoken and written; other languages are an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Butler or luxury hospitality roles within a 5-star environment. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to always maintain discretion.
