PT Central Mega Kencana is a leading luxury jewelry retail company in Indonesia. We are currently looking for a
detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Specialist
to manage HR systems, employee data administration, and HR reporting to support efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage employee data in the HRIS system ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle HR administrative processes including attendance, leave, overtime, employee movement (promotion, mutation, demotion), and disciplinary records.
Prepare HR reports such as Headcount, Payroll In/Out, Overtime, Attendance, and Employee Turnover.
Coordinate with Recruitment and GA teams for employee onboarding including system access, attendance registration, and employee documentation.
Monitor employee probation and contract periods and coordinate evaluation processes with managers.
Handle exit interview and exit clearance processes for employees.
Issue HR administrative documents such as employment certificates, contract extensions, and employee-related letters.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
Support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System within the HR function.
