Business Development Manager / Entrepreneur – Europe

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager or an entrepreneurial partner to help Genesis MedTech expand its commercial footprint across Europe through strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions. This role is responsible for target identification, lead generation, and outreach, including mapping the European MedTech landscape and initiating senior-level conversations with medical device manufacturers and/or distributors as potential M&A or partnership targets.

Acting as the front end of Genesis MedTech’s European growth strategy, the role will engage founders and senior executives, articulate a compelling strategic value proposition, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities. Working closely with Corporate Business Development, Strategy, and senior leadership teams, the role supports opportunity prioritisation and the early stages of evaluation and due diligence.

This is a high-autonomy, build-from-scratch role suited for someone who thinks like an owner, is commercially driven, and motivated to help build and scale a European growth platform.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and brings 5+ years of experience in business or corporate development within the European MedTech sector, with a strong regional network and market insight. Exposure to minimally invasive surgery is a plus. Independent, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
