Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced

Growth Marketing Manager

to drive patient acquisition, retention, and overall business growth for our dental clinic network. In this role, you will develop data‑driven marketing strategies, optimize performance across channels, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale our marketing impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention

Plan and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

Analyze marketing performance, conversion funnels, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities

Manage and optimize paid marketing channels (digital ads, marketplaces, partnerships, etc.)

Collaborate with product, operations, and clinic teams to improve customer journey and conversion rates

Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights

Lead marketing experiments and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing

Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven marketing strategies

Experience managing digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplaces, etc.)

Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and marketing analytics

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness, or dental industry is a plus
