Job Description
We are looking local hire for Parts Sales Supervisor to Manage commercial aspect of parts sales by developing attractive package and maintaining constructive interaction with customer.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate with parts sales team to develop and implement parts sales plan.
Supervise parts sales activities of sales team to meet objective.
Developing promotional program or package.
Identify new business opportunities to improve sales.
Address customer concerns promptly according to company guidelines.
Evaluate the performance of sales team and develop performance improvement plans.
Managing MyLiebherr as company and license administrator.
Ensure that all the company safety and environmental procedures are implemented and followed.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field and at least 3 years in a middle management position.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set effective work priorities to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely in writing, as well as read and comprehend written materials.
Advanced knowledge of sales transaction processes.
Advanced presentation skills using PowerPoint or Empower, including the ability to create and prepare presentation materials.
