Procurement Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Language Proficiency Fluent in Chinese and English

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain-related fields

Familiar with the procurement process and basic understanding of supply chain management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong cost awareness

Detail‑oriented, highly responsible, and possess data analysis capabilities

Job Responsibilities

Search for, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers; establish and maintain a supplier resource database.

Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations (price, quality, delivery time, service).

Procurement Execution Issue purchase orders based on business needs, track order progress, ensure timely delivery, and use the SAP system.

Be responsible for communication regarding business terms such as purchase contracts, price negotiations, and payment conditions.

Cost Control Collect market price information, conduct cost analysis and price comparison.

Push cost reduction projects and optimize the procurement process.

Material/Products Management Collaborate with the warehouse and production departments for inventory control, preventing shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate sample procurement, track trial product materials, and archive related documents.

Processes and Documentation Organize and archive procurement‑related documents (contracts, inquiry forms, reconciliation statements, etc.).

Be familiar with the procurement process and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Participate in supply chain process optimization and the application of information systems (SAP & SRM).
