About the Role We are seeking a Senior Python Specialist to play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our backend services, automation workflows, and data integration pipelines. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity across systems, supporting both operational and analytical needs, and delivering scalable solutions that drive business performance. The ultimate goal is to keep our backend ecosystem robust, efficient, and aligned with evolving organizational requirements.

General Qualifications

4–6 years of professional experience as a Python Developer

Strong background in backend or data‑oriented systems

Ability to read, understand, and safely refactor legacy systems

Not “framework‑dependent” – strong grasp of core concepts beyond memorization

Python Core & Best Practices:

Clean, maintainable OOP, exception handling, logging, and dependency management.

Backend Development:

Strong expertise in at least one framework (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and solid REST API design.

Database Management:

Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL/MSSQL, advanced SQL, and data modeling/indexing.

Data Handling & Integration:

ETL processes, JSON/CSV/API data integration, and batch job scheduling.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience with ETL (MSSQL → PostgreSQL / Data Warehouse)

Integration with WhatsApp / Notification APIs

Streamlit or internal dashboards

Familiarity with Docker & docker‑compose, Linux servers, GitHub/GitLab

Hands‑on experience with production systems and active users
