Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Tanjung Priok. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional duties involve managing budgets, supporting financial decision-making through detailed reports, and collaborating with other departments to maintain efficient financial operations.

Qualifications Proficiency in Finance and preparing Financial Statements Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and support decision-making Competence in Accounting principles and processes Effective Communication skills for collaboration across teams and presenting financial insights Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
