Job Description
Develop strategic and creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and affiliate performance goals.
Create and manage creative and editorial guidelines for affiliate creators.
Collaborate with Affiliate Management and Brand teams to translate business objectives into effective live content strategies.
Monitor marketplace and social media trends to continuously optimize content ideas and execution.
Develop key visuals, storyboards, and content frameworks aligned with campaign and live streaming timelines.
Review creative outputs and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and strong brand alignment.
Coordinate with external vendors, creators, and freelancers as needed to support creative execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in content strategy, affiliate marketing, creator partnership, or digital campaign management.
Strong understanding of live commerce, affiliate ecosystems, and marketplace dynamics.
Proven ability to translate business objectives into performance-driven content strategies.
Experience in developing creative guidelines, editorial frameworks, and live content playbooks.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Affiliate Management, and external creators.
Strong storytelling and creative direction capabilities (storyboard, key visual development, content angle).
Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining high creative standards.
Experience working with creators, agencies, or production vendors is a strong advantage.
