The duties and responsibilities of
RECEPTIONIST
is to ensure Villa’s Operational is going well and meet Guest Satisfaction Standard,and not limited to:
Welcome guests, verify their details, and ensure their comfort during their stay.
Receive and process new reservations through various channels (phone, email, online), and manage guest data and room availability.
Handle guest check-in and check-out administrative processes, including billing and payment preparation.
Answer the phone, forward messages, and provide complete information about the villa, surrounding area, and facilities.
Resolve guest issues or special requests promptly and professionally, or forward them to the appropriate department.
Manage guest data and update information.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
Coordinate closely with housekeeping, security, and the reception area.
Requirements
Min high school and above or has hospitality educational background.
Min 2 years experiences as Reception/Front office and in Hospitality industries (hotel, villa, resort).
Fluent in Enlist both written and spoken is a
MUST .
Willing to worn in shifting schedule (Morning 07.00-15.00, Evening 15.00-23.00, Night 23.00-07.00).
Willing to be located in
Balangan (Jimbaran).
Willing to do training in Ubud Area.
Have a good attitude, personality and communication skill.
