Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about court facilities, schedules, and applicable regulations, and handling guest complaints and feedback in a responsive and effective manner
Manage front desk operations, including bookings and inquiries (in person, by phone, and online)
Assist with memberships, registrations, and payment processing
Support daily club operations and coordinate with the management team
Promote club activities, events, and tournaments to guests
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Manage the club community and assist with hosting padel events and activities
Requirements
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Interest in sports and padel is a plus, but not required
Comfortable using booking systems and basic computer applications
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
