Student Advisor/Education Consultant (Sparks Preschool)

Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective families through various channels.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective families to ensure enrollment targets are met.

Conduct tours, open houses, and provide program information.

Assist families with the enrollment process.

Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals.

Collaborate with marketing and teaching teams.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Sales or educational consulting (early education a plus).

A sales-driven, money-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Sales and persuasion expertise.

Proficient in CRM systems and office software.

Preferably minimum 1 year of Direct and B2C sales experience.

Passionate about early childhood education.

Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
