Area Manager – Pharmacy / Aesthetic Clinic Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Management, Business, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy, clinic, or healthcare industry

Experience managing multiple branches/outlets

Strong understanding of sales targets, P&L, and operational KPIs

Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy regulations (BPOM compliance is an advantage)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Result-oriented, analytical, and target-driven

Willing to travel within assigned area
