Job Description

Responsibilities

Contact leads who have completed a booking to remind them of their scheduled Trial Class (via chat).

Ensure leads attend according to the scheduled time.

Conduct follow-up reminders based on the established timeline.

Manage and update lead data accurately and systematically.

Prepare reminder reports and track lead attendance status.

Assist with administrative tasks related to bookings and attendance.

Achieve the assigned show‑up rate target.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or customer service (chat‑based experience preferred).

Good and polite communication skills.

Target‑oriented and accustomed to working with performance goals.

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.

Experience in admin reminder or customer service roles is a plus.

Disciplined, responsive, and responsible.
