About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Finance Specialist

to support financial operations, reporting, and budgeting activities within the organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective cost control to support business performance and growth. The ideal candidate has strong financial knowledge, analytical capability, and experience working in a structured corporate environment.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control Experience in financial analysis and variance analysis Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis) Good understanding of Indonesian tax and financial regulations is a plus Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Good communication and reporting skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
