Utilities Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage commissioning, daily operations, and maintenance of utility systems across the plant, including power supply, HVAC, air compressors, and electric boilers; 2. Lead and manage the facility maintenance team, including maintenance planning and internal technical capability development; 3. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable utility operations.

Requirements: 1. Diploma or above in Electromechanics, Engineering, or related majors; fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); 2. Strong theoretical foundation with at least 5 years of experience in boiler operations and utility equipment management; 3. Holder of valid certifications is preferred,such as K3 (Boiler Operation Safety), SIO Grade 2 (Operation), and BNSP (Maintenance); 4. Proven experience in managing teams of 3–5 and above members and strong cross-departmental coordination skills; 5. Familiar with equipment structures and spare parts; able to quickly identify local MRO vendors and sourcing channels.
