Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding admissions processes and financial matters.
Manage student fee collection, invoicing, billing systems, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate student and financial records in compliance with school policies and data protection regulations.
Implement and execute the school’s Admissions Policy in line with institutional objectives.
Handle enquiries through meetings, calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring timely follow-up.
Provide clear information on academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility requirements, and tuition fees.
Prepare reports and maintain databases for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in admissions, administration, customer service, or finance, preferably within an international school environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management systems (e.g. SIMS).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and data management skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
