QC/HSE Supervisor

Technical Background Former field technician with 8+ years of experience, deeply familiar with telecom field work.

Eye for Detail Meticulous and principled in observing procedures and standards without compromise.

Communication Skills Ability to explain standards clearly and write concise, factual inspection reports.

Certification Training in basic HSE (e.g., IOSH) or quality inspection principles is a strong advantage.

Job Requirements

Routine Inspections & Audits: Conduct scheduled and random inspections of work sites, depots, and completed jobs against QHSE checklists.

Incident & NCR Logging: Document all quality non-conformances (NCRs), safety observations, and incidents in the tracking system; initiate preliminary investigations.

Tool & Equipment Checks: Oversee the calibration and safety checks of tools and equipment used by field teams.

Training Support: Assist the QC/HSE Manager in delivering QHSE induction and toolbox training sessions to field staff.
