As a Brand Lead, you will:
Lead end-to-end brand strategy, ensuring strong positioning and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Oversee campaign planning and execution, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with marketing, KOL, social media, and e-commerce teams.
Analyze brand performance, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Drive innovation for new product development, creative direction, and brand storytelling.
Manage and mentor the brand team to ensure high performance and effective crossโfunctional collaboration.
Requirements:
3โ5 years of experience in brand management (preferably beauty, skincare, or FMCG).
Strong strategic thinking and creative direction skills.
Solid understanding of campaign management, consumer insights, and product development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and crossโteam coordination.
Upโtoโdate with beauty trends, market movement, and digital ecosystem.
