Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities: Update of monthly freight by vessel in trading system. Perform settlement of paper contracts being washout and stringed. Prepare monthly operational reports such as stock balances & value, document turnround, CIF outturn and demurrage. Also, any other as requested. Laytime calculation for all shipments. Backup LC advising charge payment and collection. Processing of commission and brokerage payment on a monthly basis. Other duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis. Job Requirements: Minimum GCE “A” Level 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Trade Operation preferred.
