Utility & Facility Section Head

Responsibilities Develop planning, implementation, and supervision for all utility and facility machines (preventive, corrective, predictive, and project) to ensure that the utility and facility machines operate at maximum efficiency. Ensure that the documentation process for utility and facility compliance is met, ensure that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are properly applied, ensure that the competencies of individual technicians meet the specified targets, and implement continuous improvement in all aspects.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) min GPA 3.00 Min. 3 years experience of similar position in Pharmaceutical Industry Good knowledge and familiarity with utility systems, refrigrastion system, power distribution, HVAC, PW, boilers, compressors, etc. Understanding & familiar with lean manufacturing, CPOB and CPOTB Placement: Karawang, Jawa Barat
