Retail Collection Admin, Operations, SeaBank (Contract-Based)
Registered and prepare each letter/memo/Document related to Collection & Asset Recovery
Processing and reconciling the payments made
Reconcile costs related to the budget
Collect requests for data needed for the preparation of reports for internal and external parties
Processing office supplies requests and documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from any major
Minimal 1 (one) year of experience in administration, collections, or relevant position
Understand the provisions of BI, OJK, and applicable laws and regulations related to bank business activities and processes
Proficiency in document processing tools, data processing, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
