The team you will be part of The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities and aligning with our clients’ commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data‑backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long‑term brand success in the digital commerce space.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for You will manage and grow the e‑commerce business of one or multiple brands across all e‑commerce platforms in Singapore. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the e‑commerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e‑commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in‑house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.

Take charge of

Grow account NMV and revenue

Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts

Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy, promotions and growth levers for brands

Develop annual growth plans, activation calendars and campaign proposals

Manage cross‑functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat)

Ensure all brand and store KPIs are met

Collaborate on onboarding and growth plans for new brands

Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting

Work together with Category Manager to ensure account retention and growth

What we are looking for – the ideal profile

Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in e‑commerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), another enabler, or with a brand or distributor

Commercial performance‑driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast‑paced start‑up environment

Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills

Ability to develop a brand e‑commerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans

Experience in developing digital / e‑commerce campaign plans

Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions

Project management experience

Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
