Channel Manager

PT RJGF International Indonesia is seeking a Channel Manager to identify and onboard high‑impact partners—from digital KOLs to offline retailers—and manage those relationships to hit aggressive sales targets. It’s a blend of high‑level negotiation, data‑backed strategy, and hands‑on fieldwork to ensure partners are motivated and performing at their peak.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and onboard high‑quality channel partners tailored for consumer‑facing (C‑end) markets, including operator platforms, e‑commerce giants, KOLs, and offline retail terminals.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies. You will be responsible for breaking down monthly and quarterly targets and driving partners to meet or exceed performance KPIs.

Build and nurture long‑term, strategic partnerships through consistent communication, professional training sessions, and the implementation of effective incentive programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years in C‑end channel management, key account (KA) management, or terminal sales. Candidates with an existing network of channel resources will be highly prioritized.

Strong business negotiation and data analysis capabilities.

Proven track record in cross‑departmental collaboration.

Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork as required by the business.

Professional working proficiency in

English

Must be comfortable operating in a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) environment, utilizing

your own laptop

and personal devices for daily work.
