Job Description:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for After Sales to enhance service awareness, strengthen customer retention, and drive overall Aftersales business performance and revenue growth.
Develop and manage social media content (Feed, Reels, Stories, Motion Graphics, and Videos) to be published across Suzuki Authorized Workshop social media platforms.
Ensure alignment and consistency of visual branding and communication messaging across all Dealer digital channels in compliance with the company’s Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master degree all major.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in in Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of social media management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and digital content strategy.
Experienced in content planning (monthly, semi-annual, annual) aligned with business objectives.
Familiar with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools).
Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with digital trends.
Skills
Strong analytical and data processing skills, especially in customer satisfaction and service performance data.
Good understanding of aftersales operations and service processes.
Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen-oriented).
Ability to translate analysis into practical improvement actions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, data visualization skills are a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and dealers.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
