Brand Marketing Specialist – Beauty Clinic

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Proven experience in Digital Marketing (approximately 75%) and Sales (approximately 25%). Experience working in or managing digital marketing for a beauty clinic or aesthetic clinic is highly preferred. Experienced in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, marketplaces, and digital advertising platforms. Ability to develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales conversions for beauty services or products. Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing. Ability to create engaging promotional content for treatments, skincare products, and clinic promotions. Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rate, and ROI. Experience in lead generation and sales development, including following up with potential clients or patients and closing deals. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills to support treatment and product sales. Target-driven and experienced in working with sales targets and marketing KPIs. Understanding of beauty industry trends, skincare products, and aesthetic clinic marketing.
