Occupational Health Physician (Doctor)

Assess occupational health risks and recommend appropriate risk control measures, including workplace health assessments. Manage and support occupational health and health surveillance programs. Analyze industrial hygiene data and exposure information to support health risk assessments. Evaluate employees’ fitness for work and functional capacity. Investigate work-related illnesses, occupational diseases, and health incidents. Provide medical advice on sickness absence management, return-to-work programs, and vocational rehabilitation. Prepare occupational health reports and maintain accurate, confidential medical records. Deliver professional advice and support to management, HSSE teams, and leadership on occupational health matters. Participate in health promotion initiatives and early intervention programs for high-risk employee groups. Qualifications

Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia (STR). Minimum of

3 years

of experience in general medicine, and currently holding or pursuing a qualification in Occupational Medicine (Certificate/Diploma/MSc). Experience in occupational health and industrial hygiene programs, preferably within the

Mining industry . Possession of valid and up-to-date certifications:

STR, ACLS, ATLS, and HIPERKES . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical administration systems. Self-reliant, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Willing to be assigned and reside on-site anywhere across Indonesia under a roster-based schedule (Sumbawa).
