Job Descriptions:
IT Development and Support Manager position is designed to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming in the company group. This position will be responsible to:
Lead and manage the IT development team (applications, systems, and support operation) in Plaza Indonesia Realty
Support IT General Manager in developing and interpreting organizational goals, policies, and procedures into applications in line with strategic IT Roadmap
Oversee design, customization, and integration of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Tenant Systems, Loyalty Apps).
Manage IT development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with business units (Leasing, Mall Operations, Finance, Marketing) to translate requirements into effective IT solutions.
Develop, modify, enhance applications system based on business requirements.
Evaluate 3rd party proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
Recruit, hire, train and supervise new recruits in the delivery team alongside with the IT Delivery Section Heads and SPVs
Ensure IT development aligns with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Sekolah Tinggi Tehnik Komputer
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT application development, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
Experience in ERP Application is a must
