Qualification Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, Statistics, or related field
Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets is a must)
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
Organized and able to manage multiple action items simultaneously
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Proactive, structured, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Interest in brand strategy, hospitality, or multi-property operations is a plus
Job Description :
Monitor and track Urbanview action plans across teams to ensure on-time execution
Follow up with stakeholders to maintain delivery discipline and accountability
Support consistency of brand implementation across properties
Assist in performance tracking, segmentation analysis, and initiative evaluation
Prepare structured reports and insights to support brand strategy decisions
Support cross-team coordination to ensure alignment on Urbanview priorities
