We are looking for a Engineering Staff to support our growth in Bali. Requirements Minimum SML/D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; at least 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel. Fresh graduates welcome with OJT/DW experience Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting: plan and perform preventive maintenance and basic MEP troubleshooting for guest rooms, villas, and public areas Facilities checks & minor repairs: conduct regular inspections and minor repairs on room and public area facilities (AC, plumbing, lighting, lifts, pumps, electrical, appliances) without disturbing guest comfort. Reporting & coordination: record and report serious damages via hotel systems and coordinate with supervisors/PM teams for follow-up actions Professionalism & safety: Maintain professional appearance, communicate courteously with guests and staff, and adhere to safety (K3) standards during all maintenance activities

Benefit Basic salary (nett of tax) BPJSTK & BPJS Kesehatan THR Medical reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment status/PKWTT) Free parking (1 motorcycle or 1 car) Annual leave, replace day payment (for working on a holiday) and extra off for long shifts 1 meal per shift
