We're Hiring: Sales Executive – PLUM Dreamscape Dua Tang Guci Tegal Location: Guci Hot Spring, Tegal City Company: ZIRI Hotels Group Employment Type: Full-Time ZIRI Hotels Group is proud to announce the upcoming rebranding of a unique resort destination in Tegal City — PLUM Dreamscape Dua Tang, Guci Tegal (Well-known as Hotel Duta Wisata, Guci Tegal) located at the heart of the iconic Guci Hot Spring Tourism Area. This property will feature 50 luxurious rooms, a Hot Spring Olympic Size Swimming Pool, a cozy café, 24-hour reception, high-speed internet, refreshing welcome drinks, and a delightful afternoon tea experience with local snacks. It’s more than a resort — it’s a dreamscape. To support this exciting launch, we are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, personable, and passionate about hospitality. If you’re someone who thrives on turning leads into loyal guests and values building strong relationships, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all market segments Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings Build and maintain strong client relationships, both B2B and B2C Work closely with the operations team to align service promises with delivery Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to leadership Represent the resort at networking events, sales calls, and travel trade shows What We’re Looking For Previous experience in hospitality sales, preferably in resort or leisure travel Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written) A proactive, target-driven mindset and customer-first attitude Ability to work independently while being a great team player Familiarity with CRM tools and online booking platforms Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus Based in or willing to be based in Tegal or surrounding areas Why Join Us?
