Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of the EV Department to ensure smooth business activities

Assist in order processing, monitoring, and tracking

Arrange rental vehicles for operational needs

Coordinate with local teams and expatriate team members regarding operational activities

Manage logistics processes, including local deliveries and sea freight shipments

Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and third-party service providers

Monitor warehouse activities, including inbound & outbound goods and stock tracking

Ensure all operational and logistics documentation is properly recorded and organized

Support departmental administrative tasks and operational reporting

Willing to travel to outlying islands when required

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields

At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Store Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Operational Support

Basic understanding of logistics flow (local delivery & sea freight) and warehouse processes

Experience in the automotive or auto repair industry is a plus

Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for monitoring and reporting

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Maximum 28 years old

Willing to accept temporary assignments and business trips to outlying islands

Available to join as soon as possible (immediate joiner preferred)
