to be based in Indonesia, supporting our rapid business expansion and strategic investment initiatives in the region. This role is not only a traditional accounting position. It requires strong financial leadership, deep understanding of the Indonesian market, and hands-on experience in

M&A, post-merger integration, and financial structuring . Fluency in

Mandarin Chinese

is mandatory, as the role will work closely with headquarters and cross-border stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead financial operations and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and investment projects Support M&A transaction execution, including valuation, financial modeling, risk assessment, and deal structuring Drive post-merger integration from a financial and internal control perspective Establish robust financial reporting systems aligned with HQ standards Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Build and develop local finance teams Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and HQ leadership

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or building materials industry Proven hands-on experience in

M&A projects (due diligence, transaction execution, integration) Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax, financial regulations, and local compliance Fluency in

Mandarin Chinese

(spoken and written) is required Experience working in Chinese-invested enterprises or multinational companies is highly preferred Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and cross-cultural communication skills Willingness to be stationed in Indonesia long term
