We are welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our management team as the Soap Manufacturing Assistant Manager, which offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the company’s growth In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring the target production capacity is achieved with good quality and without accident.Conduct routine coordination with planner and Logistic for production scheduling.Responsible to ensure the UMS dan GMP program is running in Soap Plant.Conduct routine coordination with quality regarding the product specification to be produced.Conduct routine coordination with Maintenance regarding the repair and modification work.Give instruction for the change over product as per schedule.Perform coordination with warehouse and planner team toward stock on hand, to avoid piled-up goods which further can lead to over-stock or slow-moving goods.Conduct reject or rework product based on quality analysis result.Ensure the all activity conducted by requirement of quality, food safety, environment, occupational health and safety.Ad Hoc Support for Trial and Improvement ProjectDevelop Operational Excellence plan to increase operational excellence, including Safety, Quality, Energy efficiency, Reliability, and Operator capability QualificationsEducation: Bachelor degree from engineering or science background.
