Senior Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline. This includes conducting highly discreet and confidential searches for sensitive or senior-level positions, ensuring absolute professionalism and privacy for all parties involved. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to interview, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience. Meticulously track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to continuously optimize our hiring strategies. Act as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, providing market insights, managing expectations, and guiding them through the selection process. Utilize your psychological background to conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations, assessing not just skills but also motivation, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a headhunter or agency/in-house recruiter in a fast-paced environment from Manufacturing, Retail or services industry. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. Willingness to work on-site at our office in BSD, Tangerang. Detail-Oriented, Data-Driven, Master Organizer, and proven good in time management. True Hunter inherently target-oriented and take initiative. Excellent Communicator with possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
