Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models according to project requirements and standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of the BIM model. Perform clash detection and resolve interdisciplinary issues within the model. Provide technical documentation, shop drawings, and reports related to BIM deliverables. Support project execution both in the office and on-site as required.

Requirements Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in BIM applications such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and other related Autodesk software. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering or related field. Deep understanding of infrastructure and building projects, including interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection. Strong coordination and communication skills across various disciplines. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Willing to be assigned either at project sites or at head office.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Previous experience in large-scale or international projects. Knowledge of ISO BIM standards or openBIM methodologies. BIM-related certifications.
