Role Description
The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by handling inbound enquiries, qualifying leads, and preparing high‑intent prospects for conversations with the Senior Sales Manager. This role is critical in ensuring fast response times, clean lead qualification, and a steady flow of warm and hot leads into the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Nurturing
Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, websites, WhatsApp, and partner channels.
Qualify leads based on key criteria such as budget, timeline, location preference, nationality, and buying intent.
Engage leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to build interest and trust.
Lead Warming & Handover
Convert cold and warm leads into sales‑ready (hot) leads through structured follow‑ups and conversations.
Clearly document lead details, intent level, and objections before handing over to the Senior Sales Manager.
Schedule and coordinate calls, virtual meetings, or site visits for qualified prospects.
CRM & Process Management
Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM (status, notes, follow‑up timelines).
Ensure no lead goes unattended and follow‑ups happen within defined SLAs.
Track lead stages and support clean pipeline management.
Buyer Communication Support
Share project information, brochures, pricing ranges, and basic FAQs with prospects.
Handle initial objections and questions before escalation to senior sales.
Maintain consistent, professional communication aligned with brand tone.
Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to align on lead quality standards and handover criteria.
Provide regular feedback on lead quality, common questions, and buyer intent trends.
Support marketing teams with insights on messaging gaps and buyer objections.
Requirements & Experience
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales support, inside sales, or customer engagement roles.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written); confident speaking with local and international buyers.
Comfortable with high‑volume inbound leads and structured follow‑ups.
Experience using CRMs, WhatsApp, and basic sales tools.
Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
