Description As a Plant Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing all plant operations to ensure efficient production and quality control.

Developing and implementing strategies to optimise production efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitoring and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Leading and managing plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of all machinery and equipment.

Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Collaborating with other departments to align production goals with overall company objectives.

Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Profile A successful Plant Manager should have:

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Proven experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in plant or production management.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in analysing production data and implementing improvements.
