Job Description

Design and execute multichannel campaigns across online and offline platforms, including thematic, tactical, and regular campaigns.

Scheduling and managing all banners, and curated SKUs in online channels.

Responsible for end‑to‑end campaign project management; planning strategy, curating SKUs, execution, real‑time monitoring, and reporting.

Create and plan campaign strategy, assign manpower and prepare detailed campaign packages.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the overall quality of campaign execution.

Conduct post‑campaign analysis to assess performance, identify process improvements, and provide strategic recommendations for future optimizations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in strategic campaign planning, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.

Passion in watches is a must, as this role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the nuances of the product to create impactful and resonant campaign.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations team.

Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign data and understand market and consumer trends.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency with analytical and planning tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, or similar software.

Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
