Job Description
We're currently hiring IT Support Officer for our subsidiary company, Laku Emas Indonesia.
Provide daily technical support to retail/store users and internal staff.
Handle and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Troubleshoot POS systems,
cash register computers , printers, scanners, EDC devices, and related equipment.
Serve as first‑level (L1) support and escalates issues when necessary.
Record issues and progress updates in the ticketing/log system.
Deliver basic training on system usage to users.
Set up new user accounts, system access, and credential resets.
Ensure stable IT operations with minimal downtime.
Coordinate with other IT teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in server and infrastructure roles
Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper‑V, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Intune
Familiar with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and backup systems
Familiar with HCI (Hyper‑Converged Infrastructure)
Experience in setting up DevOps processes (CI/CD)
