as a Sales Data Analyst, and play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through data-driven insights. In this full-time position based in Bandung, West Java, you will be responsible for analysing and reporting on sales data to support strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored reports and analyses.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales forecasting models to improve planning and resource allocation.

Identify and address data quality issues, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the company's sales data.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales data analysis and reporting.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, data science, or business analytics.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales data analysis, with a strong understanding of data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

Familiarity with the sales and marketing industry, particularly in the context of the Indonesian market.
