Account Manager

Qualifications
Min Education Bachelors degree in Marketing/Public Relation/IT
Experience in IT Outsource as an account manager min 2 years
Good communication, presentation and selling skills
Having service mindset in responding to question from potential customers
Has a Good networking in Banking and Multifinance industries
Having basic knowledge about IT products
Able to work with target
Willing to place in Jakarta
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential clients for IT Outsourcing services (developers, engineers, support staff, etc.).
Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients regarding service offerings and business proposals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business partnerships.
Collaborate with HR and Project Management teams to fulfill clients IT staffing and project requirements.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports on a regular basis.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek renewal or expansion opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry demands to improve sales strategies.
Represent the company in business events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand professional connections.
