QA Operations - Corporate Risk, SPX Express

Job Description

Review documents and transactions to identify potential risks or signs of fraud

Conduct daily calls with external parties (vendors/partners) to gather information and clarify facts

Collect and analyze supporting data for audit and investigative purposes

Assist team lead to prepare detailed review/audit reports with findings and recommendations for management presentation

Provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and follow up on identified issues/cases

Requirements

Bachelor degree with background in financial, accounting, economics, or equivalent

1-2 years of working experience in procurement, vendor management, field audits/investigations, risk management or logistics operations

Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills

Attention to details and high standard of integrity & ethics

Proficient in data analysis and spreadsheet (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)

Has knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and regulations is a plus

Willingness to travel around Indonesia (if required)
