Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT outsourcing and staffing services
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
Understand client workforce needs and propose suitable IT manpower and outsourcing solutions
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, market analysis, and partnerships
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure
Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and internal teams to ensure successful client fulfillment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in IT Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably within the IT outsourcing or staffing industry
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Solid understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and outsourcing business models (C2C/Contract)
Strategic mindset with strong client management and leadership abilities
Having an existing database of potential clients is a strong plus
